....to The Beach House in the delightful Dorset town of Swanage!

After substantial renovations and a small extension, we can now make it available to our friends and family to enjoy - at this stage we will not be letting it out to anyone else.

COST
​
We are keen to ensure that The Beach House is occupied and full use is made of it! There will be wear and tear on the house plus general upkeep throughout the year so we hope you understand that there will be a small nightly 'fee' of £80 per night (includes heating, lighting etc) from October - April and £100 per night from May - September for the whole house.

There is a cleaning charge of £45 for a one bedroom stay, £60 for a two or more bedroom stay.

The Beach House is located about 150 metres walk to the beach and about 400 metres to Swanage Town Centre.
​
We have parking for three cars, two on the front driveway and one at the rear entrance, with additional parking available in the road (if you are lucky!).
​​
The house has four twin bedrooms all with their own shower room and toilet, there is an additional ground floor toilet. Please note the Beach Hut is located in the garden and toilet/shower facilities are only accessed through the garden.
For the winter months we have a cosy log burner and for the summer there is a small lawn and patio area.

Dogs are very welcome!
